Description
Christmas Sampler from Jeannette Douglas Designs. Say Merry Christmas in all different languages – and lovely little motifs inspired by Christmas ornaments Jeannette did for Just Cross Stitch magazine.
The sampler contains four rows, done in a palette of solid and variegated wool, silk, and cotton. Many “specialty” stitches are used – there are diagrams and written instructions for all of them, making this design approachable – if you have patience (and Google), your initial skill level with specialty stitches will not be important.

Stitched on 32ct Antique White Belfast (“White Winter”) or 32ct Natural Brown Linen (“Au Naturale”) from Wichelt Imports (2 over 2).
