Description
Once Upon a Tree Sampler from Jeannette Douglas Designs. A celebration of the seasons of the year, beginning with Winter’s promise and ending in Autumn’s harvest.
The sampler is done in a palette of solid and variegated silk. Many “specialty” stitches are used – there are diagrams and written instructions for all of them, making this design approachable – if you have patience (and Google), your initial skill level with specialty stitches will not be important.

Stitched on 32ct Lentil Linen* from Lakeside Linens (2 over 2).
*Lentil is no longer available. We recommend 32 count Antique Ivory.
