COVID-19: Yes, We’re Open

We continue to process and ship orders as normal up here in Minnesota. We are under a stay-at-home order, but since our business is currently online-only (no public-facing retail shop), we are allowed to be open.

We are not experiencing any significant delays in processing right now. Most orders will arrive with 1-2 weeks. If you order something on backorder, those are a little more unpredictable. We will do the best we can to give you a good estimate of timing. We’re working hard to make sure the inventory on the website is always up-to-date.

We hope you stay safe – and sane – during this crazy time. Here’s to continued health and lots of time at home to stitch!

  1. I want to know – if my cart has in-stock items and Worth the Wait Items (4-6 weeks for delivery) – do you ship those in stock NOW and the rest when they arrive or does the entire order wait to be shipped together. This makes a huge difference in what I order.

    1. We default to holding the order for everything but are happy to ship as things come in upon request, for no extra charge in the US.

  2. Greetings, I placed an order two days ago, but have not received an email for order confirmation or for a shipping time. It’s an in-stock item. Thank you.

  3. I placed an order on January 10, 2021. I still have not received any confirmation that my ordered will be shipped. I’m very disappointed and hoped to have my order by now. I will think twice before placing another order. Customer service needs improvement. Competitors are shipping much faster. I don’t expect to receive items in a week, but 5 weeks and no word of it being shipped seems excessive. This is my first order from this site. Not sure I’ll order again.

    1. Hi Shirley, There is a backordered thread (Gingersnap) on your order. It is on order with Gentle Art but everything is taking time right now. We are happy to ship the rest of your threads now if you’d like, just let us know.

  4. I placed an order on September 26th and still have not gotten my order. Your website shows the item as in stock and not backordered. Could you please update and let me know when I can expect to receive my fabric?

    1. Hi Kathy, I apologize about the error on the website. I have fixed it now. This fabric is still backordered, I am hoping it will arrive soon.

  5. I placed 2 orders back in June. Still haven’t received my order. How much longer do I have to wait? How do I get someone to get back to me on this. I sent an email today and haven’t heard back.

      Thanks for your patience! I sent an update on your Picture This Plus fabric order status, we are also doing our best to keep people informed about the status of PTP orders via our Facebook page. We were closed earlier this week for a few days to welcome our new baby, but should be caught up with all customer orders and enquiries today.
