This historically-inspired sampler captures the essence of 17th-century needlework philosophy with its poetic verse celebrating the needle’s ability to recreate all of nature’s wonders. The design features three distinct pictorial panels showcasing maritime scenes, pastoral farm life, and village domesticity, complemented by traditional alphabet and number bands and an exquisite floral vine border.
