Description
Advent Box from Rosewood Manor is a wonderful reflection on the preparation and soul-searching comfort of Advent. The box shown in the picture is cherry wood, 8″ square on the exterior. Note – the instructions list a 5″ opening, but as the sampler measures just under 6 inches square, I don’t think it is correct! The opening of the box must be at least 6 1/2″ square for it to fit nicely.
Like so many other Rosewood Manor designs, this one includes a great set of mini-designs – nine of them – to make into matching Christmas ornaments. This design includes some petite (over one) stitching – it won’t work on Aida.
This 10 page booklet includes not only the details of creating the stitches, but also an alphabet for personalizing the piece if desired, and loads of BE CREATIVE! ideas.
